How To Do Vibrato

I just thought I'd make this thread as a one stop resource containing my personal advice and approaches to vibrato. Many of you will have seen me write this stuff before but this may come in handy for anyone else ! smile.gif

Here's a couple of videos I made for Youtube.. they were intially meant to be really short, 'quick fix' types of videos but as always I can't stop delving further into the subject so they ended up longer than intended.

This is my approach to regular up/down vibrato:
