When I first heard Chris I was blown away.
His songs struck a chord in me and It felt like I could relate to them so deeply.
It seems that he has been in some of the same situations I have and his music is just absolutley fantastic.

Hes my favorite Artist hands down, his lyrics, vocals, and some guitar parts he has written ( Its not always him in guitar, sometimes though) Is just amazing and I hope you guys like these videos.
I suggest to watch them all for some Inspiration and Listen to the lyrics and the overall message and try to connect with these songs.

He was the frontman in the bands Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog ( Great Band and Great Album), and Audioslave, as well as his solo work !

One of my favorites- Chris Cornell-Say Hello 2 Heaven

Im sure you have heard this Masterpiece..... Chris Cornell- Black Hole Sun

Chris Cornell- No Such Thing

Chris Cornell is great. I've been a fan for a long time and have always loved his voice and lyrics.

However his new stuff is produced by Timberland and is completely different then anything he's done before. I like it but not sure if all his fans will appreciate the move to a more "pop-ish" type sound.

edit - imbedded video didn't work for some reason...

Hey Rok !

I actually cant stand the new stuff.
I have given it a chance and watched various songs on youtube, but it really doenst move me at all.

I appreciate that he is trying to do new things and expand his musical vocabulary, but I dont think its working at all.

Yeah a lot of people I talk to too are not fans of the new stuff. I didn't like it at first either but I must admit it has grown on me. But I can't really see him sticking with it... he's already done an acoustic version of Scream which sounds amazing I might add.

I love Soundgarden, his first solo album, some Audioslave as well as the Temple Of The Dog album smile.gif

Not too fond of his latest solo album though...
