Hi man, first of all I think you've got a good alternate picking technique and the synchronisation between your hands seems very solid so you're 80% there with this take, I'd say.

Your weakest area is bending, followed closely by vibrato.

The reason I say that is that you reach the bend ok but your fingers clearly feel the need to drop the bend prematurely, due to a lack of finger strength so make sure you've got some bends happening whenever you pick up the guitar. It's essential.

Your vibrato is not bad at all but there is a tendency, however small, to pull the note out of pitch and keep it there whilst performing vibrato. This is most noticeable on the long note at the beginning. If you treat the oscillations of vibrato as a series of string bends then remember that the string wants to come back to its original pitch in between the "bends" - this is how you can sound in key as opposed to people who sound like they're out of key when doing vibrato. Hope that makes sense to you.

Hi mate,

Good job! This take has some great moments! and some others that need more work. This weaker parts are mostly related to bends that don't reach the correct pitch, like it happens at the first bend, and also with vibrato that is not wide and strong enough as it's required in this style.

This neoclassical style requires consistent picking, which is present here, but also strong and consistent bending and vibrato so I recommend you to add some lessons focused on these techniques into your diary practice.

Hey there and wellcome again under new name

First of all...great jon on this take. As Ben mentioned - your hands sync is proper and you get nice timing. Aside from guys suggestion about the vibrato and bending pitch I would like to spot a problem that I guess is there due to what we here at the very end of your take. This huge noise suggest that your gain is way above the level of tolerance. I'm afradi it's so huge that even quite soft picking sounds powerfull and this affects the way we play. As you can probably figure out, you would never be able to use so much gain in live conditions - feedback would "ate you". It's not about taste thing. It's about the tone distortin our abilities to play something. Alternate picking in this case has a huge importance to have tone type that suggests how much more strength you should put into it. You could use some treble boost pedal (or plug-in) to boost the treble and output. This way you could use relatively small gain, while keeping your abilities to have good tone with not so strong picking strength. A lot of people do that. You can try as well. That's basically my only complain on this take. From any other ascpec it's a really good take. Well done
