i did!!!!
It is amazing, it is the logical evolution of xt.
Includes cool usb recording through asio, 2 amps at the same time, mic, bass, acoustic effects, pairs, blends, etc.

I bought a defective POD XT Live, and they sent me this as a replacement instead of another POD XT Live. I love it. But waiting for my new guitar to arrive, cause I'm playing on a broken one at the moment. I have not had the chance to try the vocals, bass or two guitars at once with different tones but I will soon and I will post my review on it once I am comfortable on it. So far mine has worked perfectly and I love the layout and all the bells and whistles.

what I would love is a description of the distortion and clean sounds, and if they sound decently authentic. I have a POD 2.0 and I'm having trouble with it.
What's really turning me onto the X3 is the fact that they have modelled a 5150.
I play mainly ska and thrash smile.gif
opposites, I know, but I'm really want to be pushed to spend the money on it, cause it's quite expensive for a student smile.gif
Cheers!

ive had it for a few months and i promised to do a write up but i havent had time sad.gif
at first i was amazed by the features. but then i relised that when switching from 1 setting to another, it has a long delay. this is fixed in the first update so if you do get it. register your product and keep it updated!

my onstage sound is.... unrivaled by any of the local guitarists.
granted the best amps around here are a few marshals.
I have 2 amps on stage, 1 at either side. both with 2 totally different POD X3 sounds through them. it sounds like theres 3 guitarists in my band and not 2!
well worth the extra money!

I just bought the POD X3 LIVE.. =) To hell with the cheap stomp boxes I recently bought.. (sending them back) I have just clicked around for an hour but it seems promising. Very fun indead. The wah wah seems to be really good. The ones I tried in other pedalboards didn´t really rise up to the occation... I really hope there´s a way to get a superheavy mesa bogie sound or something a like. Any tips for it is appreciated. I´m off to see some friends now so I will have to play with it more tomorrow biggrin.gif

I just have a quick really stupid question. On the pod x3 there are some wah effects. Since there is no pedal how does one control them?

I got an X3 live so that one got a pedal. But back to your question. I think, I´m not sure, but I think you can hook up a pedal for the normal x3. I´m pretty sure I´ve seen a whole pedal board to the x3 on some online store on the net.

theres many ways to do it. you could just buy an expression pedal or a full pedal board. theres loads to choose from but im guessing the most compatible would be the Line6 footboards.

I havent really looked at this since i just bout the Live versions of both the XT and X3
