Lately the way i pick has been hurting my pointer finger...not while im playing but later in the day
Ive tried to change the way i hold the pick, but it doesnt feel comfortable any other way... I think im gripping it too hard and the muscle in my finger is sore... its only my pointer finger thats sore, sometimes very sore
My question is has this happened to anyone else? and if so what did you do about it?
