These two wouldn't suit everyone but they appeal to the composer in me.

Uberschall have some virtual instruments called "The Voice", there is two editions, The Voice 1 and the Voice 2. There's also a lot of sampling CD's out there. I've used some Sony stuff (cant remember its name) for "ooh" and "aah" choirs that sounded pretty good... but then You have to set up the choirs to sing the chords by Yourself....

Bela Media here do some nice female and children choirs. You do however need Kontakt as the host sampler.

These "vocaloid" VSTs look very very interesting!!!
