The website for the Beginner Kick-Off course used to be at here but this just redirects to the main GMC website now. Has it moved or am I just being stupid? Thank you, Simon |

The way to go, in my opinion, would be to start the Path of Popularity and do the lessons from level 2 onwards, and whenever your technique needs some adjustment, just select the technique to practise and check the category in the Path of Enlightment. I have written in the lesson plan just to avoid confusion...
