I like when people do acoustic versions of songs that you'd probably not ever consider doing a cover of...
Like this for example:-

I have an Open Mic night coming up and am looking for some inspiration to do something a bit different, so do you have any to share here?

I always like when Biffy do unusual covers, they've some really cool versions. I like these :

Love, sex, magic - Justin Timberlake cover

We built this city - starship cover

I really enjoyed the Acoustica concert/album by the Scorpions. I never really imagined their songs in acoustic arrangements before and I was blown away.

Acoustic arrangements always sound so pleasing to my ear. I always wanted to talk my band into performing a unplugged concert/show. It sounds so fun.
