Rich is spot on, it's a Hendrix style double stop. Here's how I heard it:  Use the index to fret the A and D strings & the 3rd finger to hammer onto the 9th fret then slide it to the 10th. Use index / 3rd for the next two as well. You need to get 2 strings ringing at the same time to get that nice growl.
