Working fulltime and really not having the time or patience to tab out on my own.... Wondering if any of you amazing players with good ears could tab out the following songs for me(and fellow members who I know dig these tunes)

James Labrie Album Static Pulse

song " Dr Jekyll or Mr Hyde"
" Carelessly over the edge"

Marco Sfogli is a monster player and frankly this album is better than anything Dream Theater has done in past 15 years. Tabs would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Hopefully some1 out there has the time and love of these songs to make it happen. Thank you and all the best

Cory

Hi Cory - thanks for request. Those are very cool songs!

I think tabbing out these songs by ear would be a really good practice and so worth the effort in the end.

I'm unfamiliar with these tunes, or players.... but I agree with Bogdan. I have been forced to learn some intense material in the past, and you learn so much by just slowing the track down (without changing pitch) and writing it out yourself. I'm doing that now with a Melvin Sparks (jazz/funk) tune. Love it!

I 100% agree with above statements.. However, I just dont have the hours to do it working full time and all. Looking for the 'quick fix' and I know it's not the 'right' thing to do, but was hoping some has or will tab these tunes out. Plus, I believe they are written on 7 string guitars and I currently dont have one at my practice place. Yes, I know I could tune down my 6string to B-E-A-D-G-B and eliminate top E... but them Im playing with noodles(loose strings) on my guitar. Appreciate the input guyz.. Thank you

Cory

You're not asking a small thing. Sfogli is not excactly the easist player to tab a song from...
It would take very much time for even a very skilled player to tab this. Your best bet is to go to marcosfogli.com, register and ask on that forum...
