Hello Gab I've been playing guitar for a long time. Then moved to bass since growing up a couple of my friends didn't have a bass player. Now am back playing guitar and instead of only knowing every chord I like to learn phasing soloing. I love 70 80 music. Eric Clapton. David Gilmour, Hall and Oats, Orleans, Steve Lukather, Neal Schon. OF COURSE slash guns n roses. Bon jovi.

I tried playing your video A F C G. But I'm confused. When it says F am hitting the F notes but thats not what your doing. Or the C and the G. But I will do a video.

Thank you.

The video is called Phrasing and improvisation.
Notes are A F C D.

So its seems an hitting A even though its saying F or C or D.

If I Chord chase it its wrong because thats not what your doing in the video.

Thats what I like to learn.

I'm playing phrases over the first two chords: A & F, and you have to play over the following two chords: C & G. Does it make sense?

Hello Gabriel, I will do a video today after work. Practice the phasing A&F C&G and understand it. Thank you for replying back.
So question are solos like this then? Not really chasing the notes?
Remember my brain is used to playing bass.
