Sup people! smile.gif

I´d just like to share that i got my Apogee One today, wich means i will start recording some of my instrumental songs.

I´m currently working on a semi ballad, all parts done exept the solo and i should prob be finished with it in about 2 weeks and then i will put it up here for you guys to judge.

The song consists of intro, chorus, verse, chorus, verse, instrumental, solo and outro. so pretty standard i guess. Only problem is i havent got the money to get my drum software yet, so it´ll be guitar, bass, keyboard, strings and synths.

I will prob try get up some of my scream covers as it works as a good mic aswell, so prepare for some Bodom!

Just wanted to share smile.gif

If it helps a lot of software sequencers/DAWs come with their own drum program. Some are pretty basic but some are quite good albeit that they won't have a massive choice of drum samples. Might be worth checking whatever DAW you're using and seeing if the one it has can get you by for now.

Great! Can't wait to hear it! smile.gif

BTW, I agree about the free drums. Not sure what drum software you are using, but inserting some hihats with reverb would possibly complement your ballad nicely, and these samples are not hard to find, look them up on the web, or just use some free drum plugin.
