This requires a lot of bandwidth, and since Internet IP layer is not really configured (and constructed in the first place) for multimedia streaming, it will create a lot of latency issues. For now of course, things will get easier with the increase of bandwidth, but ONLY if we use smaller resolutions. Some members that are on network edges that have sophisticated routers and IPS, they could use these functions, but where infrastructure is not that great, it will be bad.
The idea that may seem plausible is to physically make a GMC clinics, but that can be expensive as well, specially the costs of travel.

I still vote for that "GMC Island" idea that came up some months ago, where we buy Hawaii or something... No latency issues there =)
