It's true, he is an amazingly modest and humble person!

I first saw Maiden in 1980 with the original line-up, I was still at School and it was in a Function Hall at the local Swimming Pool!!!!

That had to be awesome!
I've only seen them once, just after Bruce rejoined, and it was one of the best concerts I've ever seen. Full energy on stage, perfect playing, excellent sound. Gotta love the irons

Nice read, Fran! Iron Maiden was my first concert back in the early 80's. The Number of the Beast tour. They played in a gymnasium with Scorpions and Girlschool.
