So continuing my search of Avant-Gard/Classical/Extreme Metal, I came across Le Grand Guignol. This 5 piece of Extreme Avant-Gard Black Metal band is quite consistent with how they master there sound. Calming and beautiful music in a way, that mixes well with the twisted clean and black metal vox. So, if you like DSO or uneXpect, then you might like Le Grand Guignol, although this band is a bit more extreme than those bands.

here is there myspace link. http://www.myspace.com/legrandguigno1

Enjoy the music biggrin.gif

I find the band musically to be pretty coherent and easy to listen to. Because of your comparison with uneXpect, I was expecting them to be a little more all over the place. Gonna listen to some more and will probably end up buying the CD.
