I am a teacher and am arranging a tour for some of my students. I have flights booked with Easyjet. 3 students have dropped out of the tour but I have refilled those places. There are always options on their website to pay more and then you can make changes with no charge. If you bought the normal price ticket then this is what usually happens. It happened to me before. Just don't change the name, pay the places and buy 3 new places on another flight or something.
