Premastering And Audio-cd Production In Europe, Anyone got contact to a pro but fair prised company?

I make PreMikses in my private studio for people, but got a little tired of paying sky-high prices for PreMastering and CD production in Oslo. Dose anyone of you guys in Scandinavia/Europe have contact with or know of a good professionell - but very fair priced company that makes:
a. Mastering (RedBook + codes)?
b. CD pressing + cover printing?

Red book is the industry standard to which all commercial audio cds should/must conform. The other standard is black book which is the one for data discs.

Never used them but try the classified section in the print copy of Sound on Sound Twibeard - quite a few mastering and copy houses advertise in there. Sadly the one we use for mastering to red book doesn't do external work else I'd recommend them.
