Annoying Problem, can someone help me fix it?

Every time i use any Button (Bold, Italic, Hyperlink, quote, etc) my IE blocks it and the yellow bar appears on top, so i have to disable it for each post i make. I have no experience with Opera so I cant comment on that one. BTW Firefox is only 5mb and you can import all your favourites and stuff so you dont have to worry about losing all that stuff.
