This is years lost instructional video by Devin townsend where he discusses his playing and advantages of his tuning 6 string: CGCGCGE and 7 string GCGCGCGE) his innovative rythm style and other stuff. I never heard this kinda stuff from anyone else.. those weird chords, lead styling.. unbelievable

Most shocking is the fact, he is bald (those who dont know him wont get this... just check out how he looks now..he is half bald - by age - and half dreads..)

Well since its Open C tuning, barre chords are the easiest thing.. you just bar the whole neck and you have X major.

for making maj 9 you just hold 2nd fret from barre on E,D or B string hey are all tuned C and you have maj add 9th, for min you just not play high e string, but hold 3rd fret from barre on E, D or B sting
