I know cabinets aren't too sexy but I've been wanting one of these for a long time. Finally a guitar player acquaintance of mine decided to sell (at a very good price).
Marshall 1965 B cab - 4x10" slant front Celestion G10L-35 speakers, re-covered in cream.

WOW - congratulations! That cab looks amazing in cream color!
I can only imagine how it sounds. Which head do you plan on using with it?

Slow down there tiger
I have a few heads that I can use but I was mostly wanting to pair it with the white one in this pic:

*That head is a tiny bit longer than the cab (the rubber feet). I need to get a piece of wood to go under it.

OK, cool - the consensus is cabinets are sexy.

It looks classy ! Watch out, the color is very sensitive, think twice about dragging it on gigs !
Posted by: klasaine Mar 20 2013, 11:39 PM
it's OK if it gets dirty. I got it to play it.

Very exquisite looking - but it will need to be taken care of White is a bit difficult in respect to maintenance
Posted by: klasaine Mar 21 2013, 04:17 PM
Yeah, white/cream is a drag as it gets dirty quickly. If I'd had my choice I would've gone for black tolex on both but I got a good deal on both - partially because of the white and cream vinyl. I'm a cheap bastard.
Cest la vie.
This weekend both the cab and head are playing 3 shows outside in the desert. That should 'christen' it sufficiently, lol!

Playing in the desert eh? What sort of shows?

I love it but it's not really valuable. It's from the mid to late 80s (1965 is just the model number).

I think with the modeller generation and being able to check out lots and lots of IRs of cabs, guitarists are really understanding how much of a guitarists tone is purely down to the Cab.
So yep Cabs are sexy

Yes, but as it's somebody else's record and not completed I can't upload anything.

I must say that the head is even sexier than the cabinet!
