Watch this vid first. It's DIME doing a warmup with a micro marshall toy amp. The small plastic ones that are more novelty items than amps. Yet he manages to rip it up smile.gif In short, you don't need a better amp. Just more time in the woodshed.

Awesome! I have one of those Marshall Micro's and it actually does sound pretty damn good. It sounds even better if you stand it up in a guitar case and close the top down over it. cool.gif

A big part of it is just the fact that DIME is an amazing player IMHO. He could plug in to pretty much anything and make it sound pretty good smile.gif I"ve heard lesser players on those micro marshals sound just awful. Big part of tone always comes from the fingers as they say smile.gif
