Introduction, new to GMC Options

What's up my fellow guitarists!!! I'm new to GMC and i'm from Ohio. I listen to mostly rock and metal, and some blues. My favorite bands are Metallica, Trivium, Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix Experience, All That Remains, Disturbed, Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath, The Doors, GNR, etc.

I have a custom stratocaster right now, and it's good but i wish it had 22 frets instead of 21. It plays well though, it's my baby When at home i use a micro cube amp, which is good for me because it's easy to carry around, and it's got a few effects. I'm in a band though and at band practice i use a Roland Cube that i bought off a friend for 60$ and it's probably worth around 300$ so it all works out i have a crybaby wah pedal as my only effect other than what's on my amp (phaser, flanger, chorus, tremolo, delay and reverb).

My band is called 7th hour and is really good from what i heard and we just played in our high schools battle of the bands. we got 2nd, but it was close between us and the winners.

I've played guitar for a little over a year and I'm pretty good but i want to learn how to sweep really badly.
