Adding Stuff Options

Could someone tell me how to add a Personal Statement to my Profile, and also how to add things to my Practice Agenda?

On "My Controls", you see a sidebar on the left. There you'll find your "Practice Agenda", a little above the "Personal Portal Information", where you added a Personal Statement

Part because a picture says more then a thousand words, and part that I love to show off my Mad Paint Skillz:

First press "My Practice Agenda" under the "Practice Agenda" menu:


Then press "Entries" and "Add Entry"


After that, everything is baicly self-explainary =)
