GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ First Time Recording With A Real Drummer

Posted by: enlo22 Jun 28 2019, 11:59 PM

Something I've always wanted to do was have a real drummer record with one of my songs and it finally happened smile.gif
Let me know what you guys think, it was a ton of work but fun work !

Thanks Todd, yeah that could be fun man! I'm taking some time off of making songs and focus on practicing again, it's always hard to balance both!

I hear ya! smile.gif Practice is always a good idea. If you add some other players with some youtube traction (E.G. invite some dudes with a decent sized subscriber base to play on the track, Kris, Gabe, Ben, myself and some others here might be a good place to start) to your next vid, it could equal a good bit more traction and more eyeballs which is seldom a bad thing imho. Your work seems ready for a wider audience. Of course, views aren't everything. But they sure don't hurt things

That's awesome mate! The video and song are top level. It's interesting to see a drummer playing his parts as well. Good move!

Congrats on your amazing job! smile.gif

Um not in the time being, i was in a band for a few years, and played some shows, but I don't really have plans to play these live. It would be fun, but it would require socializing which I'm terrible at haha
