You need a bass guitar vsti (vst instrument) first, then you can apply bias fx on that bass.

This is the GOLD STANDARD of all VSTs IMHO. It's just the best of the best. If it's in the budget, it's well worth adding to your tool kit!

Trillian is the standard by which all the others are based. It's not free but if it's in the budget it's worth it imho
