Hey you guys..

Im a big fan of Larrivee acoustic guitars. Then i saw they had made one electric model, Larrivee RS4, which i think looks very cool.
Does anyone own this model, RS4, or has anyone ever tried this guitar? If so, could you tell me about? I've only read possitive things about it, but just wanted to check out here.
I can't seem to find it in any stores here in Denmark.

Jethro Tull playing a modified version of their normally 43 min. long "Thick as a Brick".

What i really like besides from the whole show and the great energy, is the solo from 5:40. I love the way Martin Barre (Guitar) and Ian Anderson (Flute) accompanies each other, and the whole progression in the solo is quite remarkable as well. I would say that it progresses from a solo in the beginning to a more instrumental ensemble at the end of it.

Check it out and feel free to listen to all of it and comment smile.gif

Hello GMC!

Finally i signed up here at GMC! Having lurked around for about 1½ year on your free lessons, i simply couldn't stand for. (It's not even that expensive?).

Anyway - im 19 years old from Denmark with turkish/kurdish roots and i instantly fell in love with many of Muris' lessons when i first checked out the site. Although they might be a little above my level i still intent to learn some of them - and a lot more lessons from other teachers as well of course.
I've played for 3½ years - not much, but im a fast learner and yet i still have much to learn. It all started when my musicteacher threw a guitar in my hands back in primary school - I grabbed it and taught myself to play.

My gear isn't that advanced - a Japan Tokai Telecaster (Baby blue i think the colour is called) and an Orange Crush 15R amplifier - a nice clean sound which i find very important.

So that was it. Now I hope you guys can help me to improve and who knows - maybe i can help you guys in some kind of a way as well!
