Hi all
This might be a very silly/foolish question.........
Can you guys suggest me some songs that might help me improove my playing and help me get inspiration from

I listen to bands like GNR, creed, pink floyd....
Basically Slow songs, instrumental stuff(that is not lightning fast)

Can any one suggest me songs in these genre,I would really like to get some inspiration from such songs...

Currently i am working on Comfortably Numb--Pink Floyd

You can get the tabs for the instrumental song Orion by Metallica. Not too fast or technical, just sounds really cool!

One of my Fav's. Also the Intro to Fade to Black. I would suggest looking at some Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers,Rolling Stones, ect. Slow melodic tunes that sound great!

Some softer stuff? Definatly go for Frusciante and the RHCP, but maybe Gary Moore has some nice stuff for you. Try Still got the Blues, the intro is prety cool biggrin.gif

Shine on you crazy diamonds is pretty long but the licks are very easy and very melodic, it's one of my favourite sounding instrumentals
