Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Beginner's Corner 21: String Bending by Bear Rose
I've been following your recommendations from my last submission and working a lot on string bending to pitch as a prerequisite to developing my vibrato. Vibrato is still a work in progress. My recording is improving too, I got this take after only a dozen or so tries instead of the hundreds on for Metallica for Beginners. There are one or two notes I think I could've picked harder, but overall am pretty happy with this take. Thanks a lot for your feedback. --------------------  |

Well done. There are justa few moments of a slight timming issues. Pitch of Your bends is really descent now. Vibrato still look a bit "shy" but it will turn better through time - it's natural
