Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate, this lesson is amazing! You are on the right path with it. There are some adjustments that could take your playing on this one to a new level. There are some sections where the timing is not 100% tight, for example in the clean first section, and also at around 00:36. Besides this, your vibrato technique should be stronger in the whole lesson. Check how Ben make this one so explosive thanks to his aggressive vibrato. Also the bend at 00:48 doesn't reach the correct pitch.

Keep on working on this one having in mind those details and you'll reach a 10 soon! wink.gif

I watched Your take few times in the monring but I had no opportunity to hear it loud so I've waited before rating and commenting. My first hearing give me a feeling that most of things are done pretty well and now listening to it loud I keep my previous judgement but now I can add some tiny details. Your distortion tone feels like have a bit to much of some treble boster before the amp / amp sim. Tone is a bit too noisy ans scratchy for my taste. Bends lik 0:48 need to be improved. And as Gabe said - there moments where Your playing misses the timming.

Although I still think this was a great job and there are no huge mistakes, wrong notes etc...so Thank You for sharing You take - look like You put some huge work already smile.gif

Hey mate! I am here to grade, as Gabe and Darius have already pointed out the few details that need your attention. As they say, the devil is in the details so, focus on those for a ten wink.gif

Keep rocking,

Cosmin
