Wow Kris... many thx for these helpful advices!!!! smile.gif

I need immediately my guitar and this backing track? Is it possible that you provide this backing track for download?

Very cool playing and it illustrates the point quite well. Responding to the notes being playing with either a proper note choice (critical), proper note delivery (strong/soft/vibrato/bend/etc.) or by not playing at all is crucial to playing with "Feeling".

I am really pleased to see this one is appreciated! biggrin.gif

It's all about breaking down what we're doing. When broken down, we can analyse what's happening and then improve.

So I guess you could say these are the most important elements of my playing broken down.

Hey Kris! Congrats and thanks for this lesson! It's very inspiring and covers many fundamental tricks to make music with guitar. We use to give less importance to this concepts when we are beginners, but then with years and years we discover how important things like vibrato, bending, dynamics and even tone are. So this should be a very important open minder for many beginner / intermediate players who are all the time focusing on playing faster instead of playing better.

As soon as the video finished I took my guitar and started playing over the backing, so consider this lesson a total success. biggrin.gif

Thanks guys! I gathered important stuff I have learned during the years, but never really managed to explain in words until recently. So lots of knowledge in just a few minutes biggrin.gif

You made an awesome video with great explanations!! Also your playing is really amazing but you already know my opinion about each video of your. I guess it's a little obvious when I like something very much (my comment looks like a letter biggrin.gif ) wink.gif
Apparently lately I can't pick just one video that I like more from you because you let your soul in all of them. Actually I think everybody felt this if we judge after your FB likes and comments. Everybody loves the playing with feeling smile.gif
