Good job man! You already learnt the positions. You could play them tighter over metronome and with a more consistent intensity. But the next step is now to apply this arpeggios to a chord progression. The best way to practice Dominant 7th Arpeggios is over 12 bars blues chord progression. Hey amigo, I have nothing to add aside from the fact that you should start working on implementing these arpeggios in various contexts and Gabe's suggestion is a very good starting point. In time, your attack and evenness when playing will become better and better, so keep a sharp ear on things

Positions changing and both hands work look pretty ok - nothing to add here. Timming needs more practicing with this metronome. You don't do anything obvious that could affect the timming - just a matter of practice so keep working on it!
