How much are they asking for it?

Edit never mind, see it now....$550 for a USA made strat seems really reasonable. smile.gif Don't know about that color though.. tongue.gif

New one is 750$ , well that's the cheapest option for US made strat...Can be a good deal if you can try it out..I heard that highway one guitars have less detailed work and some flaws can pass unnoticed in production so you need to test it for intonation, action and overall details...

Well this guitar is definitely a good buy if you want US Strat guitar. The more better models will sound better, but for that price, you will get a very good playing guitars. Try before you buy tho.

the highway one is a good guitar, the biggest difference between this and the american standard is the finish

I heard that Highway one is actually assembled in Mexico, only the parts are made in US, it does not necessarily mean that it is a bad guitar, but in some way explains the low price smile.gif

thanks for the input guys,

I ultimately did not decide to get it. Mostly because I didn't really have time to think about it... I had to move back to my apartment to go back to school today laugh.gif

thanks again guys, and based on the input from you guys, I probably would not have got the guitar, even if I did more spending money.
