Advanced Search Improved:
We have got many requests at the GMC Feedback board for an improved advanced search. Here is what we have changed: * The search no longer searches as you type (via a scripting technique called "ajax") - but instead you need to click "search". This should be an improvement for those of you on slower internet connections. * You can now use your browser's back and forward buttons within the search - without loosing your searches. * [the coolest upgrade to me! ] You can now easily save (by bookmarking the search url), or share a search. Let me illustrate this: Let's say you have got a friend who says GMC sucks big time because he/she claims there are no advanced blues lessons: * go to the start page * click "advanced search" * choose "Blues" under music category * chose a difficulty interval ( I chose 6 - 10) * click search * copy and paste the url: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/search_re...cultyLevelMin=6 ... and prove your friend wrong (but be gentle as always) Or let's say you are desperately looking for easier lessons on jazz guitar, with spoken instructions - well you have got it here! If you find any of this useful - thank yourselves! Your valuable feedback on the GMC Feedback board has made it possible. Instructor Profiles Filtering: Ok say you love Muris (who doesn't ?! ) - but you are having problems finding his easier lessons. * head over to his profile (find it by clicking his picture in a lesson - or his name in the search) * Scroll down to his lesson list, and click "level". This is what you should see. You can click the other filtering options as well to sort by lesson title, music category etc) I hope you find these upgrades useful - as always let us know how/if it works for you!
