Emirb - Endless Repetitions, Endless Repetitions by Vasilije Vukmirovic |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi again! Here comes my take on Vasilije Vukmirovic's Endless repetitions etude. I don't know if many of you out there actually tried it, but it's hard! At least for me, AP:ing, 2 nps, clean tone, very fast. And pinky hurts after few dozen of repetitions But, it's actually easy in a way because you learn it fast and then you can practice it when watching TV or something, you don't need to look at the fretboard, just train you pinky to get good strength with those speeds (so guess I'm a intermediate player and this 'analysis' applies to other fellow beginner to intermediate players). Really recommended lesson!
Original lesson: Endless Repetitions my take: Played on a Hagström Viking, clean tone neck pickup with a hint of compressor and a bit of reverb. Cheers! Emir B. This post has been edited by skennington: Nov 2 2010, 01:24 AM |

great take!
just a pinch out of time in the middle section but I guess that can be corrected right away with just more relaxation and focus, -------------------- Visit my:

Some notes played with the pinky are "hidden" between the others, on the first part, but it's overall a good take.
