I have never played a gig....

I`d been playing about 2 years when I did my first gig cant remember much about it, unfortunatly that was a very long time ago now

I think it was 1-2 years. I had plunked around with my guitar semiseriously for a couple years, then really had started learning how to play and (more importantly) how to play with other musicians at the same time. During that next year I desperately scraped a band together and by the end of that year we were gigging for cash (not much cash) now and again; usually at parties and such. The next year we played a few shows that were a bit more "real"

Less than a year...
I believe it was 4-5 months or something Easy punkrock, 3-4 chords and a 3 note solo etc I still remember a few of the songs, good times, hehe.. |

I played 'Wish You Were Here' by Pink Floyd after 3 or 4 months with a buddy of mine on lead guitar. Played some more times, but only at my school.

I voted 3-4 years but it could be more, not sure, it's all blurred.

If playing acoustic guitar with a girl singing in front of 200 people counts, then it's about 1-2 years.

Within 4 months, but it was nothing big.
