Well, the Fender Princetown is going to sound like a fender princetown by itself. You could add a multi effects unit, or try to purchase the gear being used to create the original sound, or skip all that and get an audio interface and use something like Guitar Rig/Pod Farm/Overloud to get the sound you want in software.
I quit chasing amps long ago when I did an A/B test and my overloud guitar plugins sounded better in the mix than my amp with several mics on it. But it's a learning process, so start with what you have and begin to experiment
