Effects Pedal, Effects Pedal help!!

Hi i've not been playin guitar for long and i have a Boss metalzone MT-2 effects pedal. I was just hoping someone would be able to give me some usefull tone settings for this pedal. Any help would be appreciated biggrin.gif TY

It just depends on what kind of sound you'd like to achive. I had the MT2 for a while and it's great to create some trashy kind of sound but if you'd like to sound like Michael Romeo is very difficult or impossible to achive it. So here's my advice: if you want a very heavy sound you have to put a really good amount of drive and then the eq. depends on your taste, I preffer to give contrast - 75% hi, 75% low, 45% mid OR 45% hi, 45% low, 75% mid- those could be some settings.

First step could be trying out the suggestions in the Boss User Manual that came with the pedal.... And then from there you can adjust so it fits your personal taste..
