What Do You Do To Warm Up ?

So, what do you do to get some heat back into your body ? Do you go and run around the house ? Jog on the spot ? Press ups ? The more I play, the colder they get. I notice it mostly after I take a break from playing. The fingers feel like ice. That reminds me, I have to get out the space heater and start cranking it up. I the winter time, I put an electric radiator in my room and turn it on low and leave it on most of the day (while I'm home). That way the room stays nice and warm and my guitars and desk don't feel like a cold piece of steel when I pick them up. (Well, yeah, I don't ever pick up the desk, but you know what I mean. ) It makes playing in the winter time quite comfortable. I get carried away with it sometimes and wear shorts and a t-shirt in the practice room and then put a sweatshirt on when I leave the room. My wife thinks I'm crazy.
