FIrst check the basics like if your cables are good, if they are plugged in properly etc.. THen reinstall the ASIO driver and restart computer. I use those programs for DAW, I use nunedo, so I don't know how to configure them. Somewhere you should have an option for choosing the ASIO driver. See if you chose the right driver (it should say toneport ASIO driver). IF the problem persist contact the seller.

I'm glad things worked out
I had some troubles when I used the UX1 on my older computer, it was Athlon 2200+, 512MB ram machine, and the ASIO was to unstable. DOn't have any of those now, but who knows what that was.
