I have this small piece memorized which I'm sure is from some classical composition, and I'd like to learn more from it, but I just can't remember where it's from! laugh.gif

Can any of you give me a clue? smile.gif I have no idea what to search for in google! laugh.gif

Sounds like a pure Bach but no clue which one smile.gif They are all similar. Paganini has similar stuff as well

Something tells me it's Paganini, but that only leaves me with hundreds of compositions to search through tongue.gif

I'm thinking that if it was played with less gain, on the neck pickup of a strat it'd sound like Yngwie.

So I'm guessing Bach. wink.gif

Download all midi files of Paganini caprices and listen. If you think it's Paganini then in must be a caprice but don't know which number. I know 4-5 of those but your one is different.

I agree with David, that is really awesome quality video. Especially for only an overhead light.

I am curious now too.

It is just Logitech Quick Cam 9000 at 960x720. Could have kicked it up a bit more if needed.

The piece is just like that or has any rhythm or melody that you've changed?
It's a long piece or a short one?
Do you remember if the piece was for a solo instrument?
If it's for a solo instrument is an easier search.
So if it is for example you can look the Cello pieces, it sounds like and adaptation from something that could be it.

Those questions are essencial to find out exactly what piece it is.
In the case of Bach he has more than a 1000 works so you have to close the search field a little smile.gif
