hey everyone. my name is brian. on may 30, i will have been playing for two years. currently i live in san jose with my occupation as a student. i'm a junior at age 16. seeing the young students of kristofer on freelicks was inspiring. i'm a big fan of paul gilbert. where should i start? That depends on what you have learnt already and where you want to be as a guitarist. I would suggest you look at Kris' metronome lesson, and his how to practice lesson, and use that as a basis to build your practice on, pulling in elements and techniques from lessons that interest you. -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

I think you should go trough all the beginner lessons. I had played for 4 years before I joined GMC, still learned alot from the beginner lessons, I was a complete newb though.
