In the screenshot above you can see that I put squares around the individual track monitoring buttons and in the left hand upper corner you can globally put monitoring on/off. No noticable latency when I am playing with the standalone POD farm, as a matter of fact: I am playing almost always with that application only whether or not I am practicing or recording. I am listening to it normally through a pair of monitors or headphones, both are fine. Hope this helped
