If you have an ebook reader or are happy to read on a pc screen you could get them as an e book/pdf from Amazon etc.
If not you could try Amazon or FNAC for normal paperback versions. Both have websites which I think you can order through. FNAC have branches in Spain so they might have some in Portuga as well. One other possibility is to contact the publisher and order direct through them. All the big publishers have web sites - can't remember who publishes The Wheel of Time series but I guess it will be Gollanz or Orbit or similar. Just google the publisher and their home page should have contact details etc. BTW if I remember rightly the Wheel of Time series has a lot of volumes

I used Amazon many times with good results. The only bad thing is that they don't accept Paypal.

Amazon for me...you basically get all english books on their german site as well, and you can still order from their UK-site which has basically anything.

I wish I could add more but I agree with the AMAZON.com suggestion. Now that AmazonMarketPlace is integrated in to Amazon.com, rare, out of print, used /new, etc. Doesn't matter, they can get you a copy of just about anything. For really, really, rare, out of print, can't find it anywhere books, try this link.
