Solo Suggestions Over Backing |

Howdy,
Playing around with RiffTracker recording software, first thing I recorded... was going to put a solo over it, but not sure what scales I should use. Any suggestions what would sound good? I started doing a bit of jamming over it with Major & Pentatonic scales, but would love some suggestions, or even better... do some solos over it and re-upload it! G major would fit nicely over that, or G major penatinic possibly (but not G minor pentainic).

Cool, what if I switch to different scales to go along with chord changes?
Would I go from a G major scale to an A Natural Minor Scale? |

The examples I gave above are examples of an easy way to get into modes - you are using them is passing, so you don't even have to switch pattern, just be aware that when you are playing a G maj pattern over Am, you are playing Am Dorian, and try to train your ear to hear the A as the root note whilst playing, and you will quickly get a feel for the Dorian mode - same with D Mixolydian. -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

The other 2 files were fine but test3.wav doesn't work for me
