They're both action stars/ musclemen that were big in the 80's and are just as big today.. but who's The Daddy ?

Arnie was known for The Terminator, was an ultra successful bodybuilder and possibly one of the most quoted action heros ever... but he quite acting & bodybuilding and is more known for politics these days (although he's rumoured to return to acting).

Stallone had Rocky, was also a body building fanatic (not as big as Arnie but then who was?) and his films are just as iconic as Schwarzenegger'. However, instead of growing old gracefully he still pumps the iron, ressurected Rocky and Rambo (badder than ever!), kicked butt in The Expendables and even recently got tattoos !

My vote is with Stallone because he's remained a bad*ss for longer, but what do you say ?

Has to be Arnold...he said so many things that are worth quoting if you wanna make people laugh. Plus, it always cracks me up watching one of his movies in english laugh.gif
And don't forget, eh starred in the great movie "Hercules in New York" as Arnold Strong, and his english is so freaking bad...look for it on youtube!

This is a tough one... can I choose Dolph Lundgren? tongue.gif Out of all the action heroes, Arnold definitely had the most character, and like you said, the most one-liners. Stallone had some classic movies, so that evens it out. I'll have to call it even.

Their best movies: Terminator 2 vs Rambo: First Blood Part II?
Signature sayings: Stallone: “Yo, Adrian!” vs Schwarzenegger: “I’ll be back.”

Terminator all the way, Schwarzenegger wins hand down.
Plus he must be like the best governer in the world, lol!

However, he's also got the most failed movies: Hercules, Kindergarten Cop, Batman and Robin, Last Action Hero, etc

His failed movies are some of his best, especially Kindergarten Cop. That movie probably has the most one-liners.

Arnold has been:

1) Top Body Builder in the World, arguably all time.
2) Top Action Movie Star for a decade or so, arguably.
3) Governor of a US State with an Economy larger than most European countries.

That is a lot of accomplishment for one life.
