Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

I think this might be my best recording job to date. I took your advice from the Hendrix lesson and spent more time on my tone. I re-organized my recording setup to be able to record the dry guitar signal and then re-amp it through my Pod HD500X. I was able to focus on getting a good guitar take first, then was able to A/B the amps with the original recording to try to match. It's always fun to mess with different guitar sounds and now this is saved as a preset I can use anywhere, way cool. -------------------- |
