Hey GMC!

I was thinking about how much I hate it when theres a certain lick or riff in a song, which I just can't nail.
Then I thought that maybe the instructors here could help me, so I got the idea that since GMC doesn't allow copyrighted material, how about putting such licks on Youtube?

What I mean is this: If theres a riff I'm having difficulties learning I would then request one of the instructors to make a video on how to nail that lick, which he would then put on Youtube.

What do you guys think about that? Especially instructors comments are welcome. smile.gif

Cheers!

Pretty cool idea, it would also be a great way of advertising GMC and getting more members.

But could be misleading Sam as youtube users may expect copyrighted material to be taught from GMC which of course isn't going to happen because it's illegal. Even on youtube you have to be careful guitar players have got in trouble from posting instructional videos on youtube of other bands/artists songs, riffs and solos

Yeah, I'm not questioning that either. It's just that there are numerous guitarists who put up instructional videos for songs and I don't think thats illegal as they are not charging money for it.
