This video is intense to me. I feel like I should have understood this so long ago but never have I had it explained like this.

I understand much of the theory but this explained the sub-dominant and dominant terminology that I always hear discuss

Nice explanation but I prefer thinking of all this in a modal way. The terms he uses are more classical music terms even though it's all correct and it's the same thing. When going from C to F I think of Lydian rather than sub-dominant but anyway thanks for sharing smile.gif
