Hey mate! I think the setup and the lights and the video suit the theme of the song very well biggrin.gif I am also glad that we managed to help and inspire you for your new works! It reminded me of this one, instantly:

Looks like an old 70s country tune video and I like it very much - also, congrats on the playing mate!

Great to see a new video from you!

This one shows a lot of cool improvements and the song/performance is really good. I really enjoyed listening to it!

Here are some tips to take it even further (technically) :

* Experiment with lights setup

* Experiment with audio mix/enhancement (maybe try EQ, Compressor, Reverb and other production related tricks to get the maximum of the recording you have)

* Experiment with "directing" of the video in terms of which camera angles are shot exactly and how. This would add a lot of professional element to the video if done well. Each video angle should be very strong. Best is to try to get smooth shots by using tripod, camera panning and combining that with dynamic "from the hand" footage.

* Video editing : this is a very important step to make the music video atmosphere cool. Maybe try adding some smooth cross fade transitions to match the song vibe (don't play with built in transition effects though as it usually adds to the amateur video feeling). Also, it is perfectly fine to have some longer shots as the video editing rhythm should match the song rhythm. Planned video editing in combination with good "stock footage" will take the video to the next level for sure.

Overall - this was really good and I'm really looking forward to your new videos!

Hi mate! It's so great to see this one finished! I can notice that your videos are staring to look more professional. The camera angles and the edition is very interesting. I would put emphasis on improving lightening and audio recording/mix on the future videos to keep on getting better and better! Keep on the great job! smile.gif

The cool thing of this journey is that it's limitless an endless. There are always new things to learn and thing that can be improved. The important thing is to learn to enjoy the journey and don't feel bad about the things that can be better. After all, we are talking about music, expressing feelings, saying something. In this topic, you video is totally successful, but adjusting the technique details can make the message clearer, and the video sound and look better. The result of this will be more people attracted that will see and share your video.

There is another detail that I note that is related to your singing. Sometimes you don't reach the notes well, I can hear some pitch issues here and there. This means that some vocal/ear training could be another good improvement for your future videos.

Keep on rocking. wink.gif

Gabi is right smile.gif

You should definitely put some time into your voice as well, because your songs deserve that - bringing your vocals skills up to par with your guitar. First things first, you should start training with a tuner:

- place a mic into your tuner
- sing a note until it reaches the correct pitch indicated by the tuner
- then, make sure your guitar is tuned
- play a note with your guitar and then try to imitate it with your voice
- does it match the note played by the guitar? If yes, things are good smile.gif

Hope this helps, mate wink.gif
