GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Cirse + Avril Lavigne!

Hey guys! This year seems to be THE year for my band! We could play with Paramore in February and now we have been chosen to open Avril Lavigne concert in Malvinas Argentinas Stadium! The concert will be on 24th July and this is the place where we are going to play!
Can't wait to be there!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, awesome , but this is really where you have to like seriously own the live show, make the people go "Wow, they're really good, I definitely need to see them again", playing for so many people, can really make it all happen, if you do it right , so good luck and one tip! Do the Jimi Hendrix... Set your guitar on fire , that'll make people remember you

i wasn't prepared enough to do it at the gigs last week maybe next time hahah I've never tried it! but you gave me a good idea if I decide to rent a wireless sytstem for this show!

NIIIIIICE! Congrats man! That's gonna be a HUGE gig. Dude, get as many stil and video cameras as you can and have every friend you can find run camera on your show. You can cut it together for a KILLER vid and the stills would make great promo material!

Sounds like it was a great show, Gabriel ! Excellent praise from their drummer too. Now what's next ? Perhaps supporting Maiden when they next come to Argentina !!

hahah it would be a dream for me man! but I remember that a new/alternative metal band called Cabezones was the opening act for Iron Maiden here some years ago and the audience give their back to the musicians.. so the metalheads aren't so open minded here...
